Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Signed books, VIP Reader Club editions, limited editions, and preorder items may require additional processing time.

 

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international destinations.  

 

Delivery Estimates: United States orders generally arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 2–6 weeks after shipment, depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

 

Preorder: Items will ship according to the release schedule listed on the product page. Release dates are subject to change.

 

Customs and Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.  Brenna J. Knight is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.  If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment whenever possible.

​Incorrect Shipping Addresses:  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before reshipment.
