We take great care in producing and fulfilling each order, especially signed books, VIP Reader Club editions, and limited-edition releases. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Signed books
• VIP Reader Club editions
• Limited editions
• Special releases
• Preorders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage
We will review each request individually and, when appropriate, provide a replacement copy if inventory is available.
Refunds are not offered for shipping damage.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment whenever possible.

E-books and digital products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the retailer’s return and refund policies.
